Over the past 25 years as a builder, I have fitted countless interior doors and came to realise there was a lot of wasted time in the fitting process. Five years ago I began research and development to come up with a better way, this is when the EZY2FIT™ Door System was developed.
Currently when interior doors are delivered to the site, they are either nailed or screwed through the jamb with their fixing having to be removed before the installation process. It then takes reasonable skill to fit the door to a reasonable standard as the leaf of the door is free to swing and in most cases the glue join in the jamb is broken during installation.
EZY2FIT™ takes away all of the guess work as the doors are delivered pre-set with the correct gap with no need to remove fixings until after installation, with the door held true, therefore virtually eliminating costly touchups.
